Meet Kathleen
I'm Kathleen Meredith — a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Licensed Mortgage Broker, but most of all a dedicated Marketing Strategist with 10 years of experience. I'm also a Certified Life Coach, and I hold a BS in Information Technology — before moving to Canada, I spent 4 years as a university teacher in the Philippines.
Over the years, I've watched talented agents burn money on marketing that doesn't fit who they are, simply because a guru told them it worked for someone else. That's why I created Agent Marketing DNA: a framework that helps you understand marketing and attract the right clients using your personality — supported by simple technology, so you build your business in a way that feels natural and actually gets results.
If you ask Kathleen to describe herself, she'll tell you she's nobody — just simply a passionate learner, and at heart a teacher and a marketer. She wrote and published the book Real Estate Marketing DNA Framework to share what she's learned, and these workshops are the next chapter of that same mission.
