Marketing Package Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Meredith Marketing Solutions ("Meredith Marketing", "we", "us") and the client identified at checkout ("you", "Client") and governs the marketing package selected at signup (Basic, Deluxe, or Elite). By typing your name and checking the consent box at checkout, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Meredith Marketing will provide the marketing services described for your selected package tier as presented on our website at the time of signup. The specific deliverables, posting volumes, and turnaround times for each tier are as published on the Packages section of our site.

We may reasonably adjust deliverables and methods over time to improve results, provided the overall level of service is not materially reduced.

This Agreement begins on the date of your first successful monthly payment and continues for a minimum term of six (6) months (the "Minimum Term").

After the Minimum Term, this Agreement automatically renews on a month-to-month basis until cancelled as described in Section 7.

You agree to pay the monthly package fee shown at checkout. All fees are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, including Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at 14%, are added to each monthly payment.

The first month's payment (including HST) is collected at checkout. Subsequent monthly payments are due on the same day of each following month unless otherwise arranged.

We may change fees prospectively by providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice by email.

You agree to provide timely access to the materials, accounts, brand assets, listing information, and approvals reasonably required for us to deliver the services. Delays in providing these may delay deliverables.

You confirm you have the right to use any content, images, and trademarks you provide to us, and you are responsible for the accuracy of listing and business information you supply.

You will comply with all applicable laws, including REALTOR® advertising rules, your brokerage's marketing policies, and Canadian anti-spam legislation.

Upon full payment, you own the final marketing content created for you under this Agreement. Meredith Marketing retains ownership of its frameworks, templates, processes, and pre-existing materials, and may use them with other clients.

You grant us a licence to display finished work in our portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us in writing not to.

During the Minimum Term, you may cancel this Agreement only by providing thirty (30) days' written notice and paying the remaining balance of the Minimum Term.

After the Minimum Term, either party may cancel on thirty (30) days' written notice, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the then-current monthly billing period. Fees paid for the current period are non-refundable.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your pricing, and inventory. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as lead volumes, sales, or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under or relating to this Agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We are not liable for failures caused by third-party platforms (such as social media networks) changing or restricting access to their services.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. This Agreement, together with the package details presented at checkout, is the entire agreement between the parties regarding the services.
